Shipping Carriers:
Forever Rose ships primarily via United Parcel Service (UPS). Some of our products are large and heavy and may ship in multiple boxes. Oversize or items too heavy for UPS will ship via motor freight. When your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation that will include a link to the carrier’s website and a tracking number when available. United States Postal Service (USPS) normal services do not provide tracking capability or insured delivery.
International Shipping:
Forever Rose does not offer shipping of any items beyond the 48 Continental U. S. states. However, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, FPO, or APO addresses may be handled through the United States Postal Service (USPS), insured. Please contact us at 832-778-4888 if you need this service.
Expedited Shipping:
Forever Rose does not offer next-day air, second-day air or other expedited shipping options at this time.
Broken Shipments:
Forever Rose maintains several warehouses in order to provide you with the best possible service. In some cases, all of the items in your order may not come from the same place. It is, therefore, possible that they may not all arrive at the same time. There are no extra shipping costs for these orders. Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails will specify if you should expect to receive your order in multiple shipments.
Estimated Ship Dates:
Forever Rose stocks over 20,000 items in order to provide excellent service. We provide "usually ships within" estimates for all of our items. Please understand that these estimates are provided for your convenience and do not represent a guarantee on our part. If you have a preferred shipping date and date of an event, please include these in the "special instructions" when placing your order. We will contact you if we foresee that we cannot meet your date. Although we make every effort to expedite your order, we are not responsible for carrier schedules once your product has shipped. We have no control over the actions or polices of third party shipping organizations. We are not responsible for acts of God, strikes, or other unforeseen occurrences that may delay delivery. If you do not expect to be home to receive delivery, we suggest you have your shipment delivered to your work or a safe address where someone will be available to accept it.
Cancellations of orders or credit card charge backs that are initiated solely because the order did not ship within the "usually ships within" estimate will be subject to the 20% restocking fee as prescribed in our returns policy.
Incorrect Address or Zip Code:
In the event of a wrong address or zip code, we reserve the right to charge the following: (1) original shipping on the package, (2) real-time shipping charges incurred in return of the package to us, (3) real-time shipping charges to resend package back to the correct consignee, and (4) reshipping and repackaging fee. Please make sure the address furnished is correct to avoid extra charges and time wasted in getting your merchandise.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to either email Customer Service at cs@forever-rose.com, or call us at 832-778-4888 during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST). We will make every attempt to stop your order. However, if it is too late to stop shipment, this will become a return, and all return policies and restocking charges in our return policy apply.
Refusal of Delivery:
If an order is refused for a reason other than damage, the customer will be responsible for the following: (1) original shipping costs (2) shipping charges incurred in return of the package to the warehouse and any other costs incurred during the delivery or return process, and (3) 20% restocking fee for saleable products. There will be no refund for merchandise no longer saleable.
Confirmation:
When you place an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from us immediately, confirming your order and stating the details, including items ordered, product and freight prices and totals, and your account information. A later email will be sent with shipping information. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and will include an expected ship date for the out of stock item(s).
Sales Tax:
Orders shipped within Texas are subject to an 7.25% sales tax on all items except food. If your organization is tax exempt or your company has a resale certificate, a signed copy must be sent to us.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your order. If you have any questions about our merchandise, please call or email us. If you wish to return any item(s), contact Forever Rose within seven days of receipt of the product. Please contact us at 832-778-4888 during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any merchandise. Please have your order number and the item description ready when you call. The item(s) must be returned at customer expense, be unopened, and undamaged for a credit to be issued. A valid RMA number must be included on the shipping label, or we will refuse the package. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 business days of purchase. No shipping costs will be refunded. After 30 days past your receipt of shipment, no returns will be accepted. All returns should be packed carefully and returned via insured, traceable method so as to provide proof of delivery if necessary.
Damaged Items
Merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. When accepting delivery of merchandise that appears to have a damaged item, please be sure that the delivering carrier documents that information before signing for it. If it appears that the entire shipment will be unusable, simply refuse the shipment siting ´damaged prior to receipt´ as your reason. Notify Forever Rose within five days of receipt of any merchandise damaged during shipping. Please call us during our normal business hours and have your order number and the item description ready when you call. We will contact the carrier to file a damage claim and either send you a replacement item or issue you a credit for the damaged merchandise. You must keep the original box and all packaging. To assure prompt processing and approval of your claim, you must follow UPS and USPS procedures.
IMPORTANT ALERT. Some items sent to warm weather climates and/or during the summertime can be damaged if left outside in the heat. If you will not be available to receive your package(s), please leave instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor’s house, or not to deliver if no one is home. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.
